About

TRIO Fertility is one of the GTA's largest and longest-established fertility networks, operating owned clinics at 655 Bay Street in downtown Toronto, North York, Thornhill, and Burlington, along with the dedicated EVOLVE Egg Freezing Clinic and a broader network of satellite and affiliate locations across Ontario including Mississauga, Stoney Creek, and Whitby. Founded more than forty years ago and now part of the IVI-RMA Global Network, TRIO houses 13 in-house fertility specialists, over 20 nurses, and a 45-plus clinical support team — the largest in-house fertility medical team in Canada. The clinic offers the full spectrum of treatment including IUI, IVF with on-site embryology and time-lapse incubation, elective and medical egg and embryo freezing, reciprocal IVF, third-party reproduction (egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, and surrogacy), and pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT-A, PGT-SR, PGT-M), with non-funded IVF starting at $13,500 plus medication.

TRIO is a full Ontario Fertility Program participant for IUI, IVF, and medical fertility preservation, and publishes transparent pricing for every major service and add-on. Its 2SLGBTQIA+ program includes dedicated transgender fertility services, reciprocal IVF, gender-neutral intake forms, all-gender washrooms, and a private 2SLGBTQIA+ support group; the clinic also runs Canada's only early Recurrent Pregnancy Loss program, a trauma-informed care pathway led by a dedicated nurse practitioner, the male-factor-focused SEED program with the country's largest andrology team, and on-site fertility naturopaths through Conceive Health. Founding physicians Dr. Robert F. Casper (Scientific Director, U of T Professor Emeritus), Dr. Ken Cadesky (Medical Director), and Dr. Carl A. Laskin (reproductive immunology and RPL) anchor a team that sees more than 1,000 TRIO-born babies each year, and the clinic was named the 2024 Care & Compassion Award winner by Fertility Matters Canada.
