About
ONE Fertility — short for Ontario Network of Experts in Fertility — is one of the original publicly funded IVF clinics in Ontario, anchored at its full-service centre at 3210 Harvester Road in Burlington, with an affiliated sister clinic in Kitchener-Waterloo. Founded in 2009 and tightly integrated with McMaster University's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the McMaster GREI fellowship program, ONE Fertility offers the full menu of fertility care: IVF with ICSI and PGT, IUI (including donor sperm IUI), egg, sperm, and embryo freezing, fertility preservation for medical reasons, and a comprehensive third-party reproduction program covering egg/sperm/embryo donation, gestational carriers, and reciprocal IVF for same-sex couples. As an Ontario Fertility Program participant, the clinic offers OHIP-covered consultations and OFP-funded IVF, IUI, and medical fertility preservation for eligible Ontarians, with private-pay IVF cycles starting at $9,850 (excluding ICSI, embryo freezing, and medications).
The team includes nine in-house physicians and an embryologist Scientific Director — most holding McMaster academic appointments — plus a dedicated andrology lab and urologist for male-factor cases. The clinic publishes a detailed fee schedule, has a dedicated LGBTQIA2S+ and transgender family-building page, and provides care in English, French, Hindi, Farsi, and Arabic across the team. Patients across the GTA, Halton, Hamilton, and Waterloo regions are referred here by their family physicians for both funded and private fertility care.
