Markham Fertility Centre (MFC) is a female-led, physician-owned fertility clinic that has served Ontario patients since 1990, with current co-owners Dr. Meivys Garcia, Dr. Marta Wais, and Dr. Crystal Chan taking the helm in 2021. Headquartered at 379 Church Street in Markham next to Markham Stouffville Hospital, MFC has extended its footprint across Ontario through satellite monitoring sites in Barrie-Innisfil and Sudbury, and partner-clinic consultation hubs at DREAM Fertility in Whitby-Oshawa and Horizon Fertility in Orillia — bringing diagnostic and cycle-monitoring care closer to home for patients across the province. The clinic offers a full spectrum of reproductive services: IUI, IVF, egg and embryo freezing, frozen embryo transfer, recurrent pregnancy loss and recurrent implantation failure care, reproductive immunology, and a Health Canada-approved donor and surrogacy program covering egg, sperm, and embryo donation as well as gestational carriers.

Genetic counselling and PGT (PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR) are coordinated in-house, and MFC distinguishes itself by including an anesthesiologist for every egg retrieval at no additional cost. As an Ontario Fertility Program participant, MFC delivers funded IUI without a waitlist and funded IVF with an approximately 18-month wait, while private IVF cycles are publicly priced at $12,500 plus medications.
