About

Dream Fertility is Durham Region's first and only female-physician-led fertility clinic, founded in November 2021 by Dr. Melanie Campbell and Dr. Salina Kanji to expand reproductive care access for patients across Whitby, Oshawa, the Kawarthas, and the eastern GTA. Located in the modern Whitby Health Centre at 198 Des Newman Blvd, the clinic offers IUI, ovulation induction, timed intercourse cycles, cycle monitoring, fertility investigations, OHIP-covered virtual consultations, and ongoing obstetrical care from conception through delivery - a continuity of care that sets it apart from most Ontario fertility clinics. Dream is an Ontario Fertility Program participant offering funded IUI cycles on a first-come, first-served basis each fiscal year. For IVF, egg freezing, embryo banking, and PGT genetic testing, Dream patients are referred through a formal partnership with Markham Fertility Centre, where Dr. Kanji also practices as a fellowship-trained Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist; eligible patients can access OFP-funded IVF through this partner clinic, with monitoring still possible locally in Whitby.

Private IVF is priced at $12,500 per cycle and egg freezing at $8,250, with full pricing transparently published on the clinic's website. Dream is openly inclusive of 2SLGBTQI+ families, single parents by choice, and trans patients, with reciprocal IVF and donor sperm and egg programs supported through the Markham partner's Donor and Surrogacy Program. For Durham-region patients who want personalized fertility care close to home, paired with seamless access to advanced lab procedures through a trusted partner clinic, Dream Fertility offers a small-team experience inside a broader Ontario care pathway.
