Intrauterine insemination with cycle monitoring, oral or injectable medication options, and sperm processing. Funded IUI cycles available through the Ontario Fertility Program on a first-come, first-served basis each fiscal year.

IVF is offered to Dream patients through a direct partnership with Markham Fertility Centre. Cycle monitoring can be done locally in Whitby; egg retrieval, lab work, and embryo transfer are performed at Markham.

Egg freezing for fertility preservation, organized in collaboration with Markham Fertility Centre, where the retrieval and storage take place. All bloodwork, ultrasounds, and physician appointments are included.

Embryo freezing is included as part of the IVF cycle, with one year of storage built into the IVF fee. Embryos are stored at Markham Fertility Centre.

Patients can preserve their eggs for future use through the egg freezing program, supported from initial consult through long-term storage.

Medication-based ovulation induction to support patients trying to conceive, paired with cycle monitoring to track follicle development and timing.

Donor egg pathway is available, with patients jointly cared for by Dream's physicians and Markham Fertility Centre's Donor and Surrogacy Program. Trusted egg banks are recommended to patients.

Donor sperm can be used in IUI, IVF, or to create embryos for reciprocal IVF. Resources for accessing trusted sperm banks are provided.

Gestational carrier (surrogacy) arrangements are supported through the partnership with Markham Fertility Centre's Donor and Surrogacy Program, one of the more experienced third-party reproduction programs in Ontario.

Reciprocal IVF is offered for couples where one partner provides the eggs and the other carries the pregnancy, allowing both to be intimately involved in creating their family.

Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) on IVF embryos is available, organized through the Markham Fertility Centre lab. A genetic counselling fee is included in the IVF cycle cost.
