CHARM Fertility

CHARM Fertility (the Centre for Human Assisted Reproductive Medicine) is a physician-led fertility clinic with three locations across the western GTA: Etobicoke (101 Westmore Drive), Oakville (418 North Service Rd. East), and Brampton (2250 Bovaird Dr E). Founded and led by Dr. Lamiaa Migahed, a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist, the clinic offers intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), ovulation induction, egg freezing, donor egg and donor sperm programs, ICSI, Comprehensive Chromosomal Screening (CCS), sonohysterograms, semen analysis, and 3D ultrasound.

CHARM participates in the Ontario Fertility Program and promotes OHIP-funded IVF as a way to reduce the financial barrier to treatment, with cycle monitoring and protocols managed at CHARM and IVF lab procedures performed through a partner Toronto facility. The clinic explicitly welcomes single women, accepts cash, debit and Visa, and offers third-party financing through HealthSmart Financial. CHARM operates on a single-physician model, meaning one doctor oversees a patient's testing and treatment from start to finish — patients work primarily with the clinic's nursing and ultrasound teams day-to-day.
